• Firebase Authentication & Firestore – for account data, chat messages, and cookie data.
  
• Appwrite Storage – for storing file attachments shared in messages.

• Firebase – stores all account and chat-related data securely.
  
• Appwrite – stores file attachments; access is restricted to the sender and receiver.
  

All other personal data remains exclusively within our Firebase environment.
